If you like this period (Stax/Volt) of The Emotions there's a Two Album CD Remastered in Amazon Music CD with 22 excellent tracks including "I Like It" that I highly recommend,("So I Can Love You / Untouched") is a staple of my music library that I've transferred into all my MP3's.

YOu might want to search for some the Emotions' STAX/VOLT singles here on YouTube. While at Stax, they were produced by none other than Isaac Hayes and David Porter, and produced some fantastic R&B masterpieces. Stax songs were not promoted as aggressively as the Motown stuff, so not many people realize how many early R&B releases that they had...check 'em out!!

I bought this album "So I Can Love You" two years after its debut in 1972. I fell in love with this album cause it was their first album. But they had released the "Untouched" album at the time I bought this one and still it rated very high for me because it featured all three sisters. The "Untouched" album though soulful as ever featured Teresa Davis who replaced sister Jeanette at the time and I have to say is my most favorite album of all by the ladies.
