Days, the sixth studio album by Kirsty MacColl, is a beautifully crafted collection of songs that showcase the singer-songwriter's versatility and depth as an artist. Released in 1993, the album features a mix of original compositions and covers, all delivered with MacColl's trademark wit, charm, and emotional resonance.

The album opens with the title track, a cover of The Kinks' classic song that MacColl imbues with a wistful, nostalgic quality. This sets the tone for the rest of the album, which is filled with songs that explore themes of love, loss, and longing. From the upbeat, jangly pop of "No Victims" to the haunting balladry of "Don't Come the Cowboy with Me, Sonny Jim!", MacColl's range as a songwriter is on full display.
