This song is actually 100 percent true shit. Tamara was a punk girl that went to the University of New Hampshire that Joe had a mad crush on. A guy I know had a college class with her. Tamara might have D.J.ed or interned at the college radio station up there too, but I'm not 100 pct sure on that.
