... a beautiful piece of music, timeless quality, English/British musicians too . Got my 'signed copy' of this 12" when they 'P.A'd' Ilford Town Hall, in the very early '80s. Very talented .

Shakatak have and still are recording some wonderful albums.there unique blend of quality jazz funk is timeless.They are all exceptional musicians in there own right and great to see live.Brazilian dawn is without a doubt a masterclass in latin fusion and sounds as breath taking today as it did all those years ago.Shakatak thanks so much for sharing your gift of wonderful music over the years.

I had this on the Drivin Hard Compact cassette back in 1981. Whenever I hear any of the tracks it takes me back to London the night before Charles and Diana got hitched. Took my wife and kids to Hyde Park for the fireworks and drove back home 180 miles to Gower playing this tape for most of the way while the family slept. Thirty seven years and I still enjoy it. Where has the time gone?
